Savannah Irish Festival Returns in 2026 with Music, Dance, Food, Whiskey, and Irish Celebration

The Savannah Irish Festival, one of the Southeast’s premier celebrations of Irish culture and heritage, will return February 7 and 8, 2026, at the Alee Temple. Entering its 32nd year, the festival brings together visitors and locals for a lively weekend filled with traditional Irish music, world-class dance, storytelling, food, and family fun.

The 2026 festival is proudly presented by Title Sponsor Wexford – Savannah's Irish Pub, with additional support from IQ Fiber, Tanger Outlets, and the Irish Emigrant Program. These sponsors help make the festival possible while supporting cultural programs that promote Irish heritage. The festival also thanks Irish Pub Company for their sponsorship, contributing to the festival’s continued success.

Exciting New Additions for 2026
The festival will debut a Whiskey Tasting Experience, giving attendees the chance to sample fine Irish whiskeys alongside music, food, and cultural activities.

Entertainment Highlights
Headlining this year’s festival are Savannah favorites:

The Devils Bragaid – An electrifying Celtic band blending traditional Irish music with modern rock energy.

Cassie and Maggie – A powerhouse duo bringing soulful vocals and mesmerizing fiddle and guitar performances.

Fans can also enjoy performances from other crowd favorites, including award-winning Irish dancers, local Celtic musicians, and regional talent.

Festival Features

Savannah Irish Festival Podcast Returns
The Savannah Irish Festival Podcast, rebranded from the Savannah Irish Podcast and produced by Dee Daniels Media, returns Thursday, September 18, 2025. The podcast continues to showcase Irish culture, music, and festival news, giving fans a behind-the-scenes look at Savannah’s Irish community.

“The Savannah Irish Festival is more than an event—it’s a homecoming for the Irish community and an invitation for everyone to share in our music, dance, and traditions,” said Christin Rouse, Festival Chair. “With the support of Wexford – Savannah's Irish Pub, IQ Fiber, Tanger Outlets, the Irish Emigrant Program, and Irish Pub Company, we’re thrilled to offer an incredible lineup for families and visitors alike, along with exciting new experiences like our whiskey tasting.”
