The Intracoastal Playboys love performing at the Tybee Post Theater and they always put on a great show. While this Savannah based country music cover band focuses on country's "golden age", paying tribute to artists such as Buck Owens, George Jones, Loretta Lynn, Waylon Jennings, Johnny Paycheck and Dolly Parton, they also include some not so classic covers by artists like Terry Gibbs and Tony Orlando & Dawn. The band's dedication to the genre is not limited to covering the music of the time but also dressing the part. Often clad in cowboy hats, embroidered shirts and jackets, and other period clothing, their attention to authenticity has helped them become one of the most popular classic country bands in Savannah.

Formed in 2022 by Andrew Ripley (bass/vocals), Tom Worley (drums/vocals), Matthew Garappolo (rhythm guitar/vocals), Ryan Schimmenti (acoustic guitar/vocals), and Kevin Rose (lead guitar), the band has grown to incorporate additional Savannah mainstay musicians such as Igor Fiskman (pedal steel) and Phil Price (piano). They have been praised for their high-energy performances and their ability to connect with their audiences.
