A Literary Crawl through the Green-Meldrim House

An evening experience walking through the rooms of the Gothic Revival masterpiece while narrators bring Savannah's literary passages to life. Representative extracts from Georgia writers and poets will be presented through recitations, readings and dramatizations.

Writers included: Conrad Aiken, Dr. Thomas Holley Chivers, Sidney Lanier, Johnny Mercer, John Berendt, Ward McAllister, Flannery O'Conner, Julien Green and Anne Green, Georgia Douglas Johnson . Most Friday and Saturday evenings in October.
