Savannah's Waterfront Independence Day Celebration

Get ready for an electrifying evening! Savannah's Waterfront is delighted to host our largest annual event, the Independence Day Celebration, on Sunday, July 4. Plans include entertainment in four waterfront locations - Rousakis Riverfront Plaza, Plant Riverside District, Savannah Convention Center and The Park at Eastern Wharf.

At 9:30pm the skies will be lit up by a dazzling fireworks show, perfectly synched to patriotic tunes for the enjoyment of guests in Rousakis Riverfront Plaza, Plant Riverside District, Eastern Wharf, and the Savannah Convention Center. The approximately 20 minute spectacle is fired from a floating barge in the Savannah River.
