East Bay Inn is a beautiful historic boutique hotel near River Street. With just 28 rooms, this vintage building has charm and style unrivaled by new hotels. It was originally built in 1852 as a warehouse and was used as a bakery, foreign consul offices, grocery warehouse, and drug company. Today, it's rumored to be haunted by a ghost named Charlie and is home to Tandem Coffee & Spirits and Debi's Restaurant. It's pet-friendly too, so you can bring your best friend.
