Fishbar is a seafood-centric small plates restaurant offering a globally inspired menu cooked over a wood-fired grill. Specializing in seafood, our menu is driven by the seasons.

We keep things simple: start with the freshest ingredients we can get our hands on, treat them with respect, and let honest technique do the rest. Most of our cooking is guided by the seasons and the fire; it’s how we build dishes that feel both familiar and a little unexpected, comforting without being predictable.
