The Accidentally Perfect City

Created by documentary storyteller Daniel Steiner, The Accidentally Perfect City takes a thoughtful deep dive into Savannah’s iconic ward system, the vision of James Oglethorpe and the intentional design that shaped Georgia's first city more than 290 years ago.

Featuring insight from Savannah College of Art and Design Chair of Architectural History Dr. Robin Williams, Professor David Gobel, the Georgia Historical Society and local architectural experts, the nearly 30-minute film explores the stories, green spaces, architecture and urban planning that continue to make Savannah unlike anywhere else in America.
