2025 Holiday Kickoff at Eastern Wharf

Start the holiday season off right at The Park at Eastern Wharf from 5pm - 10pm!

The free, family-friendly event will commence with the annual lighting of the Eastern Wharf Christmas trees and a visit from Santa. Attendees can take photos with Santa using their own cameras or phones.

The 24th Annual Savannah Lighted Boat Parade, historically held on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, includes boats adorned with holiday lights and decorations that begin and end their voyage at the dock at Eastern Wharf. The Park at Eastern Wharf serves as the parade's headquarters and staging area where emcees welcome participants and a panel of judges determine the award winners along the newly extended riverwalk. The parade is from 7pm - 9pm.

Food trucks, entertainment and more TBA!

Attendees can bring lawn chairs, blankets and small personal sized coolers; no glass is allowed in The Park. Street Parking is available on site and in the City of Savannah's Eastern Wharf Parking Garage.
