- Wednesday, August 12, 2026 - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Starting August 12, join the Savannah Harbor community on the second Wednesday of every month for a guided yoga class on the front lawn overlooking the marina. Led by Lauren Booker, a yoga instructor with more than a decade of training and teaching experience from around the world, each session offers the perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect with your neighbors.
You are invited to unwind from 6:00-7:00 p.m. while enjoying beautiful waterfront views. Please bring your own yoga mat or blanket and a water bottle.
While the class is free to attend, donations benefiting Gray's Reef National Marine Sanctuary are greatly appreciated. Located approximately 19 miles east of Sapelo Island, Gray's Reef protects one of the largest nearshore live-bottom reefs in the southeastern United States and includes one of the region's only designated no-take research areas. Thanks to the sanctuary's conservation efforts, its diverse marine ecosystem continues to thrive while providing year-round opportunities for recreational diving, boating, wildlife viewing, and sustainable fishing in surrounding waters.
Come stretch, breathe, and support the protection of Georgia's incredible coastal waters one pose at a time.
