Come celebrate Telfair Museums' 140th anniversary and enjoy an early preview of Impressionism and Modernity: French and American Painting. A dedicated lecture with Mary Morton will follow, starting at 6:15 pm in the auditorium.
Mary Morton, head of French paintings at the National Gallery of Art, is a leading curator and scholar of 19th-century European art who has organized major international exhibitions and published extensively on artists such as Cézanne, Renoir, and Caillebotte.
