"Passport to Preservation" was created by Great American Treasures, a network of historic places curated by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America. In honor of the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence, the Passport to Preservation celebrates the places where American history was lived, shaped, and preserved. Each stamp collected represents a Great American Treasures site, stewarded by The National Society of The Colonial Dames of America, a network of historic properties dedicated to education, preservation, and public engagement. Sites are listed in alphabetical order by state for easy reference as you plan your visits. As you travel from site to site, enjoy the efforts of generations of women who have safeguarded our nation's stories, preserving them for those who come next.

Passports to Preservation are Free to the public at any Great American Treasures historic site while supplies last.
