Stars, Stripes & Statues: Independence Day Weekend at Bonaventure
Presented by Bonaventure Cemetery Tours®
Friday, July 3 - Sunday, July 5 | 8:00 AM & 10:00 AM
This Fourth of July weekend, walk among the shadows of history and celebrate the birth of our nation with a compelling morning journey through Bonaventure Cemetery. Beneath the cool, early canopy of centuries-old live oaks draped in Spanish moss, we will uncover the deep-rooted patriotic legacy of Savannah's most iconic "City of the Dead."
From Revolutionary War patriots and early American founders to heroes of global conflicts, our special holiday walking tours highlight the profound stories of those who fought for, built, and shaped the American story. It is a beautiful, inspiring, and deeply moving way to honor Independence Day weekend in the heart of the historic South.
