Start off with a cocktail at one place, grab an appetizer at another, have dinner somewhere else, and finish off with a dessert at a new spot. There are so many places to try, but this sample list will give you a few ideas for your progressive dinner night out.

To begin the evening, grab a handcrafted cocktail at Artillery. This stunning Bull Street lounge is inside a historic building – it was formerly a 19th-century artillery warehouse.
Edgar’s Proof and Provision is also a great choice. Located inside The DeSoto Hotel, this sleek lounge is all about bourbons from around the world. This cozy lounge offers relaxing front porch views to take in the sultry Savannah evenings.
Rhett

The next stop on the progressive dinner is the appetizer! Head over to Rhett, a modern Southern restaurant inside The Alida Hotel. Rhett uses local ingredients to create savory starters like the charcuterie platter and housemade ricotta.
Looking for a quirky take on comfort food in the heart of downtown? Make your way to Hitch, one of Savannah’s most popular hang out spots. They are most famous for their appetizing twist on loaded nachos as well their panko crusted avocado fries, served with sriracha aioli.

Main course
After you’ve opened your palate with hors d’oeuvres, it’s time for the main course. 45 Bistro, located inside the historic Marshall House, is a fine-dining restaurant that offers white tablecloth ambience. Here, you can dine on elegant classics like pan-seared halibut and braised short ribs.
If you’re craving bold Southern flavors, visit Husk, a lively restaurant inside a landmark mansion. Husk will wow you with their incredible Southern menu, which changes seasonally to offer the freshest items available.
Dessert
A progressive dinner wouldn’t be complete without dessert! Try out Better Than Sex – A Dessert Restaurant, located on Savannah’s iconic Broughton Street. This dessert spot has a sensual theme on full display, and their dessert cocktails and sweets have playful names to match!
