Eric Wareheim's Steak House at Thompson Savannah

Thompson Hotels and Eric Wareheim are reinterpreting the classic American steakhouse through Wareheim's signature blend of humor, storytelling, and culinary curiosity. This one-night-only dinner series will take place across three standout Thompson properties, beginning in Savannah. For the Savannah debut, Wareheim will collaborate with the culinary team at Fleeting, Thompson Savannah's on-site restaurant, to craft a three-course menu inspired by local ingredients, regional influences, and the restaurant's creative point of view.
