We are excited to announce that the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force will participate in the Georgia History Festival's Super Museum Sunday on February 8, 2026!
This event is part of the annual Georgia History Festival, sponsored by the Georgia Historical Society, and is a statewide K-12 educational event. On this day, the museum will join over 100 historic sites, house museums, art museums, and other points of interest throughout Georgia in opening our doors to the public, FREE of charge, from 12:00 PM until 5:00 PM. We invite you to come and join us for a fun-filled day of exploring our museum and learning about the history of the Mighty Eighth Air Force.
