Take a deep dive into the world of alligators with Sea Grant-funded researcher Mark Hoog! Learn about alligator biology, unique adaptations, and their vital role in coastal ecosystems. Hoog, a Ph.D. candidate at Georgia Southern University, is collaborating with Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant's Coastal Ecology Lab to study alligator populations in the Okefenokee Swamp.

Registration is required for participants ages 3 and up and includes admission to the UGA Aquarium. Content is best suited for children ages 10 and up, but all ages are welcome. Participants under 18 must be accompanied by a registered adult.
