This immersive workshop is designed to guide participants into a deeply restorative state through a series of embodied practices that regulate the nervous system, release tension, and reconnect them to inner stillness.
The journey begins with intention setting, followed by somatic movement, guided meditation, and conscious breathwork, including Gina's unique Emotional Release Technique. Participants are invited to explore sound and voice activation through humming, singing, and breath, supported by the rhythmic pulse of shamanic drumming to stimulate the vagus nerve and restore natural harmony.
Optional elements such as light touch and energy sweeping help clear the energy field, while a Blue Lotus tea ceremony offers a heart-opening expansion of awareness. The workshop concludes with grounding integration practices, leaving participants with clarity, balance, and profound calm.
