Join the The Grey team as they welcome Ashleigh Shanti, Chef-Owner of Good Hot Fish in Asheville, NC, for a special dinner celebrating the release of her new book, OUR SOUTH: Black Food Through My Lens.

Much more than simply a cookbook, in OUR SOUTH, Ashleigh Shanti shares her interpretation of Black cuisine through a personal lens (her family's roots in Appalachia and throughout the American South, and her own identity as a Black, queer, female chef), challenging the idea that it is monochromatic.

$80 per ticket, includes signed copy of OUR SOUTH courtesy of E. Shaver Booksellers, and a four-course dinner which will feature some of Ashleigh's favorite dishes from her book
